Hi, my name is
Tim Anderson
I am a professionally certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. With these professional coaching bodies in mind, I follow their professional and ethical frameworks. As a counsellor too, I work within the ethical framework of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Therapy, within the UK
Let me first introduce you to my philosophy of adult development. At the heart of all I do in coaching is the belief that every person I have the privilege to coach has within them the ability to become the person they strive to become.
Citing Tim Gallwey, author of the Inner Games series, “Performance = potential – interference”. Everyone has the capability to succeed; however, it is sometimes the interference that prohibits our success.
In life, we all have a choice, but sometimes our choices can be influenced or inhibited when we consider outcomes we believe are beyond our reach. My services are here to support you in removing all the noise and interference that inhibit our choices and often block our direction.

Where I provide a safe space for the male community to discuss their general well-being, stresses and anxieties within a safe and secure and non-judgemental environment
Mid-life transition
which is a safe place to support and facilitate life’s journey through middle age and into a successful transition toward later life and the so-called third age.
